On Disposable Plastic Bags
The recent years witnessed people’s misusing of the disposable plastic bags. Nobody can tell precisely how many disposable plastic bags are given, used, and discarded everyday, which inevitably becomes a serious waste and source of pollution.
Effective measures should be taken to cope with the usage of disposal plastic bags.Initially, it is high time that the scientists developed new technology. It can not only produce more recyclable products but also degrade the present plastics. Additionally, it is necessary for the government to enforce the laws to ban the use of diposable plastic bags. Last but not least, people are supposed to be further educated to increase their awareness of less using plastic bags.
As a matter of fact, a nationwide campaign against disposable plastic bags has been launched, with the government prohibiting supermarkets from providing customers with plastic bags. To sum up, only when we thoroughly stop using disposable plastic bags, can we say we have tried to protect our environment.
